Information we collect

When you submit a quote request or contact form, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, service interest, and any message or symptom details you share.

How we use it

We use this information only to:

• Respond to your request and schedule service or assessments
• Follow up about the services you asked about
• Improve how we handle inquiries (for example, which services are requested most)

We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

Quote submissions are emailed to our team via our email provider (Resend). Your message may also be visible to the local branch that serves your area (Treasure Valley or Northern Kentucky / Cincinnati). We do not share your information with third parties for their marketing.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure which ads lead to quote requests. Google’s tag sets cookies and records visits and form submissions. When you submit a quote request, your email address and phone number are hashed in your browser before being sent to Google to match the request to an ad click (enhanced conversions). We don’t send your name, address, or message.

You can manage ad personalization at Google Ad Settings or block cookies in your browser. Blocking them won’t affect your ability to request a quote.

Calls from visitors who arrive through our ads may go through Google forwarding numbers, which record the call time, duration, and caller area code.
